Derek has many years' experience of organisational work. He previously co-ordinated a nationwide project for Alcohol Concern and DrugScope, designing and delivering training, consultancy and information to help employers manage the effects of alcohol and drug misuse on the workplace.

Currently, much of Derek's work is with organisations including management support, mediation, critical incident support, trauma work, group facilitation and individual counselling.
